Sales Team
The Sales and Ownership Team provide services to residents who have purchased their homes, either through shared ownership, out-right sale or other initiatives.
The Team provide services to include:
- Estate Management of schemes where there are existing shared owners and outright owners
- Collecting rent and service charges and offering help and advice on housing benefit
- Advice in respect of sales of owners existing properties and administration of the re-sale process
- Providing general well-being services to older residents such as scheme manager services
