Accord Housing Association manages around 5,600 homes across the Midlands region.
We currently have waiting lists open for singles & couples aged over 50 without children in the Walsall area.

Waiting lists for other areas and for people aged under 50 are currently closed due to high demand.
If you are looking for a property in Cannock, Dudley, Sandwell, Birmingham, Shropshire, Solihull, Wolverhampton, South Staffordshire or Stafford, all Accord vacancies are allocated via the local Choice Based Lettings Scheme. You can find details for your area in the Links section.
