Accord Housing Association, and the wider Accord Group, delivers new homes and regenerated communities through it’s development arm, the Matrix Housing Partnership. Matrix is a top quartile performer delivering over £110m of new development. In the past 4 years, Matrix has delivered 1,000 high-quality homes and has consistently exceeded HCA targets.
Matrix develop a number of housing products including homes for affordable rent, Intermediate Rent (discounted market rent) and low cost home ownership products.
