Our customer services range from affordable homes for families, to supported housing for homeless people and many other services in between. While the organisation has grown substantially, especially over the last 10 years, we have managed to retain the ethos of localness, community and working in partnership.
We can proudly say that we are one of the leading associations working in the Central England region and we remain committed to meeting the needs of all communities.
We constantly monitor our services to ensure that they are of the highest quality and we ask for feedback from our customers to make sure that we are clear about how our services are received. We also look for new opportunities where we believe we can offer something new and improved.
