Our office opening hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. We are closed during lunchtimes 12.30pm to 1.30pm.

Please note that King Street is a pedestrianised precinct and is not listed on some maps. The nearest roads open to vehicles are New Street and Church Street. Historically, the office site has also been know as 'The Fold'.

There is no car parking available at this office, although limited parking is available in the roads around the office and in the centre of Darlaston. There is a public car park at Mallows Close. There are a range of options to travel by bus to the centre of Darlaston.

There is very limited car parking facilities at this site, with four spaces for vistors. There is usually parking in nearby Roebuck Road, which is the first left beyond the office immediately after the petrol station.
We recommend that, wherever possible, you use alternative means of transport to visit the office. Alternative transport includes the Metro which travels from Birmingham to Wolverhampton via West Bromwich and regular buses and trains, all of which are in walking distance to the office.
