Lettings & Reception Team
The Lettings Team look after the waiting and transfer lists for Accord homes. They also arrange viewings of homes for prospective residents and offer help and advice on housing.
The Lettings Team also:
- Provide sign up and welcome packs to new residents
- Offer housing advice to prospective residents
- View homes with prospective residents
- Provide statistics on lettings to local councils and regulators
