Bank Holiday Closing Times
Please be aware that all Accord offices and the Customer First Centre will be closed on Monday 30th August and Tuesday 31st August. We will re-open on Wednesday 1st September 2010.
However, there will be an emergency out-of-hours service during this time for emergency repairs or anti-social behaviour queries.
You can access the out-of-hour service by calling 0300 111 7000 and following the prompts. You can also email customerfirst@accordgroup.org.uk or you can report a repair online.
For non-emergency enquiries, please contact our Customer First Centre when our offices re-open.
Please be aware that we expect to be very busy on the Wednesday 1st September when we re-open, so unless your query is urgent we suggest that you call either in the afternoon or on Wednesday 2nd September.
