Income Team
The Income Team is mainly responsible for rent accounts. If you have any questions or queries about your account you can contact them through Customer First. The Income Team also:
- Send out rent statements 4 times a year
- Can set up and amend direct debts
- Order payment cards
- Assist with housing benefit
- Sign-post you to debt advice agencies
- Deal with assured and secure rent increases and service charges
We have our very own Home Finance Advisor, Bimal Prasad.
