Anti-Social Behaviour
From time to time, our customers may experience anti-social behaviour (ASB) from neighbours or visitors to the local area. We take reports of ASB very seriously and we encourage you to complete diary sheets which identify the nature of the ASB and the effects that it is having on you.
The information contained within these sheets can be used as evidence in a court. Therefore important that they are accurate.
If you are experiencing ASB please, fill in the blank diary sheet and then contact your housing officer. Or, you can speak to your housing officer first. You can contact the Customer First Team on 0300 111 7000 or by emailing customerfirst@accordgroup.org.uk for more information.
