About Us
Accord Housing Association manages about 5,600 homes and provides a range of supported housing and care services to meet the needs of local people in the West Midlands.
Most of our homes are in Walsall, Sandwell, Dudley and Wolverhampton. Our main housing office is in Darlaston. We also provide Care & Support services at more than 50 sites in the Midlands for older people, people with learning disabilities, dementia and mental health concerns.
Accord Housing Association is one of 7 organisations in the wider Accord Group. Accord Housing Association is the ‘parent’ Association of the Group responsible for maintaining overall financial control.
The Accord Group comprises of Accord, Ashram, Caldmore, Moseley and District housing associations, as well as bchs, Fry Housing Trust and Redditch Co-operative Homes.
