Accord’s residential care schemes offer both housing and care & support for older people.
Our residential properties have adopted the Eden alternative programme as a framework for change setting out a way forward to develop and improve the experience of ageing and disability improving quality of life through principles that incorporate variety, spontaneity, continued involvement with children, plants and animals as well as community involvement.
Service users have their own individual rooms with a variety of communal facilities which can include:

- Kitchen

- Lift
- Hairdressing Salon*
- Activity Room
- Access to Health and Wellbeing activities*
