We have created partnerships and alliances with other organisations, groups and businesses to combine our skills, products and much more so that we can be as efficient and corporately responsible as possible.
Matrix Housing Partnership
Accord leads the Matrix Housing Partnership. Matrix comprises Accord, Ashram, Caldmore, Rooftop, Trent & Dove and Trident Housing Associations and WATMOS Community Homes. Together Matrix manages 25,000 homes across the region and allows the partner organisations and their people, residents and service users to benefit from economies of scale, joint working and the sharing of Best Practice and expertise. Matrix also provides development services to others and has its own in-house design team.
The Neighbourhood Resource Centre for Central England
The NRCCE is a Centre of Excellence working in partnership to help people build safe, friendly and cohesive communities by providing specialist training, support and advice services. It provides outstanding products and services by responding to the individual needs of customers to deliver solutions that work. The centre is based at the Innovation Works@Rubery Owen in Darlaston.
Greenscape
Greenscape is the landscaping, cleaning, gardening, and estates services (caretaking, repairs and maintenance etc) division of Accord Housing Association. It offers services to other housing associations, commercial enterprises, community associations, local authorities and private individuals.
