Intermediate Rents
Intermediate rent provides homes for local workers who are on a limited income but aspire to own their own home in the future.
We have intermediate rent homes across the Midlands including in West Bromwich, Wolverhampton and Coventry – click here to see all of our available properties.
To be applicable for Intermediate rent you must;
- Be employed & work in local authority area or adjoining area of home you want to rent
- Currently live, or need to move to, the local authority area or adjoining area of the home you want to rent
- Not be claiming housing benefit or housing benefit ‘top-up’
- Not be earning more than £60,000 per couple per year
